Renjo La Pass (5340m) :

Renjo La Pass lies in the West of Everest Base Camp, offering spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and Turquoise Gokyo Lake. The ascent to Renjo La Pass is challenging with steep trails and potentially snowy conditions.

Chola Pass (5420m) :

Chola Pass is located between Gokyo valley and Everest Base Camp trails. Chola Pass involves a steep ascent up a rocky trail, often with icy sections, followed by a ascent into the Khumbu Valley. The Pass offers stunning views of Amadablam and neighboring peaks

Kongma La Pass (5535m) :

Here’s a sample itinerary for the Three Pass Trek, which covers approximately 18-22 days, depending on your pace and acclimatization needs. This itinerary assumes a starting point in Lukla and includes acclimatization days to help with altitude adjustment.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Int’l airport

  • Activities: Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel.
  • Highlights: Explore Thamel or get last-minute gear and permits.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

  • Flight: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 meters).
  • Trek: Walk to Phakding (2,610 meters) – 3-4 hours.
  • Highlights: Enjoy the scenic flight and begin your trek through the lower Everest region.

Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar

  • Trek: 5-6 hours.
  • Highlights: Cross several suspension bridges and pass through Sagarmatha National Park. Reach Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters), a bustling Sherpa town.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

  • Activities: Hike to Everest View Hotel or visit the Sherpa Museum.
  • Highlights: Enjoy panoramic views of Everest and nearby peaks.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

  • Trek: 5-6 hours.
  • Highlights: Visit the Tengboche Monastery, which offers excellent views of Everest and Ama Dablam.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche

  • Trek: 5-6 hours.
  • Highlights: Walk through beautiful alpine meadows and yak pastures.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

  • Activities: Hike to Chhukung Ri or another local peak for acclimatization.
  • Highlights: Get stunning views of Makalu and the surrounding peaks.

Day 8: Dingboche to Chhukung

  • Trek: 2-3 hours.
  • Highlights: Short trek to Chhukung (4,730 meters) to prepare for the Kongma La Pass.

Day 9: Chhukung to Kongma La Pass to Lobuche

  • Trek: 7-8 hours.
  • Highlights: Cross Kongma La Pass (5,535 meters) and descend to Lobuche (4,910 meters).

Day 10: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and Back to Gorak Shep

  • Trek: 7-8 hours.
  • Highlights: Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters), then return to Gorak Shep (5,170 meters) for the night.

Day 11: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar and then to Dzongla

  • Trek: 7-8 hours.
  • Highlights: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,550 meters) for sunrise views, then descend to Dzongla (4,830 meters).

Day 12: Dzongla to Gokyo via Cho La Pass 

  • Trek: 7-8 hours.

Day 13: Gokyo  to Marlung (4200m) via Renjo la Pass

  • Trek: 7-8 hours.

Day 14: Marlung to to Namche Bazar

  • Trek: 6-7 hours.
  • Highlights : descend back to Namache Bazar

Day 15: Namche Bazar to Lukla

  • Trek: 6-7 hours.
  • Highlights : descend back to Lukla

Day 16: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu via Ramechhap

  • Activities: Return flight to Kathmandu.
  • Highlights: Free day in Kathmandu for rest or sightseeing.
  • We might have direct flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and also Lukla-Ramechhap and Kathmandu.

Day 17-18: Kathmandu

  • Activities: Explore the city, shop for souvenirs, or relax.
  • Highlights: Visit historical sites such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) or Pashupatinath.

Day 19: Departure
